Why, you might ask, does having good credit matter in terms of providing for your family? because having good credit allows you to do much more for your family. I never imagined having credit cards from well-known retailers like Rooms To Go, Best Buy, Lowe's, and Home Depot. I repeatedly applied for credit over the years and time and time again I was denied. I finally decided to take action when I grew tired of getting that, "we're sorry to inform you later." In spite of the fact that I lack professional training, if you have bad credit, I can help you repair it the same way I did for myself. Understanding what is in your credit report is the first step. You have better access to your credit information thanks to the Fear and Accurate Credit Transaction Act (FACTA), which is a legal requirement. Each of the three credit bureaus—Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian—is required to provide consumers with a free credit report once every 12 months under FACTA. Simply give the three credit bureaus a call. Make sure to request a FREE copy of your credit report. Joining one off these organizations may allow you to have automatic access to both your score and credit report on a frequent basis. Always have automatic access to your credit report.
